View the construction of a Star Wars Speeder Bikes. A MDF skeleton frame covered in a fibreglass outer body and custom painted in 2-pack paint. The finished bikes are 3200mm in length. They make a spectacular prop for a Star Wars themed event. The intricate components of the air turbine, engine block and steering mechanism require precision and attention to detail in the construction. This is a credit to the craftsmanship and tenacity of Jason and Michael on a project taking over a year to complete.
